Every call reviewed. A fraction of the manual cost.
The review labor behind your QA today, versus the review labor left once every call is scored automatically.
“We went from QAing very few calls to doing 100%.”
Debra Smith, Floor Manager. St. John's went from reviewing about 2% of their 911 calls to every call, with manual reviews that used to take 20 to 30 minutes each.

Not counted in this estimate
The numbers above only count review time. Three things they leave out:
- Coaching while it still matters. Supervisors catch issues in days, not weeks. Call takers can practice with simulations built from real calls, with the caller details removed, and retake them until they get it right. One early customer reported saving close to a week of classroom time.
- Scoring everyone can trust. Every call is scored against the same guidelines, and every score shows its reasoning. Supervisors can override any of it, and the average override rate across live centers is about 6%. Two people often score the same call differently. A system does not.
- Proof of QA when someone asks. There is no federal mandate, but states are starting to ask. Ohio is already requiring individual centers to show proof of QA.

Walk through my numbers →Methodology. Manual review time is your input. AQA-assisted review defaults to 1.5 minutes per call, drawn from a live customer who completed 120 manual reviews in roughly 3 hours after implementing Automated QA. Salary is loaded at 1.2× to reflect total employment cost and divided by 1,840 productive hours per FTE, net of vacation, sick leave, holidays, and training. With AQA, 100% of calls are scored automatically and the human review load defaults to the 10% of calls that fall below threshold. Estimates only. Actual results vary by center, SOPs, and scoring thresholds.
